Penny Hoffman brings over 25 years of experience in clinical skincare and aesthetic treatments. Her work is driven by a deep passion for the science of healthy, beautiful skin and a commitment to results-focused, non-invasive care.

She holds the internationally recognized CIDESCO Diploma, lifetime NCEA national accreditation, and is a Certified Laser Technician, along with decades of hands-on experience in advanced skincare.

As the founder of SkinSync, Penny has built a practice centered on education, personalized care, and evidence-based treatments that support long-term skin health.
